WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY POLICY?

Samsonite strives to deliver your order within the delivery timing listed. Please note that the expected delivery time is at our best approximation and will vary with circumstances such as online security checks, delivery restrictions, payment and stock availability.

The actual time of deliver will also be subject to the delivery schedule of the 3rd party logistic provider (“3PL”) engaged by Samsonite which may be changed from time to time by the 3PL without any prior notice.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES

We offer free delivery on all order in Singapore.

 

How long does delivery takes?

Please note that delivery will usually take 3-5 working days. However, please note that during festive/peak period, there would be a longer delivery lead-time.

 

Can I change my delivery information after order has been made?

Please note that we are able to assist with the change of delivery information if the order has yet to be shipped out from our warehouse. Therefore, please email to ecommerce.sg@samsonite.com for further assistance.

 

There is a typo/incomplete details in my order delivery address, what do I do ?

Do you deliver internationally?

Unfortunately, we regret to inform that we are only able to ship locally within Singapore.

 

How to do check the delivery status of my order?

We do have tracking order function ( http://americantourister.com.sg/trackorder ) available on the website.

For Friends of Samsonite members, you can now check your order status at http://americantourister.com.sg/account using your email and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via the “Forgotten your password” button. Once logged in, visit ‘My Orders’ for your order details

 

What if I wasn’t able to respond to the courier after multiple delivery attempts?

In an event that our 3PL is unable to reach you after the 3 delivery attempts, your order will be tagged as Return-to-Sender (RTS) and sent back to our warehouse.

Once the parcel arrives at our warehouse, your order will automatically be processed as a cancelled order and an refund will be issued once our warehouse team has completed the necessary QC checks.

 

Is click and collect available?

Unfortunately, we regret to inform that currently we do not offer store collection services at the moment.

 

Is it possible to have a specific delivery date and time for my order

Unfortunately,we regret to inform you that we are unable to advise on the delivery date or time as the delivery schedule is managed by the 3rd party logistic provider (“3PL”) engaged by Samsonite
